Stress seems to be everywhere and more then ever. What is Stress? Simply said; stress is toxicity which drains your Life force aka your energy or vitality. If you want to thrive then it is vital that you learn how to reduce these stresses. These stresses come in many forms; physical (toxins in all their forms, chronic over-exertion, diseases, etc.), mental-emotional ( excess worry, depression, anxiety, etc.) and even spiritual (lack of purpose, lack of trust and faith, etc.). So Join us in this journey through the 7 aspects that represent you and the life you have manifested so far, and become more aware of how your own unique patterns of behavior may be draining your battery of Life, and learn the tools as to stop this from happening. You are always one choice away from stepping more into ease and away from dis-ease or even disease. The awareness and tools you gain in these 12 weeks will serve you for the rest of your life and thus are priceless. Every week there will be a 2 to 3 hour zoom meeting where we delve deeper in each aspect and also have a Q&A. The group is limited to maximum 12 people.
